Will a Rogue Leveling Guide Help You Advance Through World of Warcraft?

Becoming a rogue in World of Warcraft is a blast. Some people don't like being rogues, but with their pure power, battle agility and crowd control, they can be a heck of a lot of fun. And you can get a ton of gold by grinding through mobs. But at some point most people get stuck on a level, typically around level 40. This is when a rogue leveling guide can come in handy. And as they start searching around, they wonder if this type of guide will help them level faster.

The answer to this really depends on how you go about it. This is because there quite a few rogue leveling guides on the market. These guides can be broken down into two camps - free and low cost printed versions and pay types that automate the entire process.

First off, the free and low cost rogue leveling guides can be found all over the Internet. You simply find one you like, print it off and use it. These do typically work, however, they are printed, so you will have to constantly pause the game, look down, unpause the game and perform the task. This process will have to be done over and over again until you clear all of the levels. In my experience, this becomes cumbersome and takes some of the fun out of the game.

As you progress through the levels, the guide will automatically show you where to go and what to do to advance to the next level. Typically, with these guides, you will advance through the first 80 levels in less than 6-7 days.

In my experience, the paid for guides are much more efficient, easy to use, and make the game much more enjoyable.

So the short answer is yes, a rogue leveling guide will help you level through World of Warcraft much faster than either no guide or one of the free guides. But when you are comparing the paid for versions of these guides, be sure to compare the functionality and ease of use of each one. And definitely be sure that they are approved by Blizzard to be used as an add-on
